Job Location: Sector 53, Gurgaon (Near Sikandarpur Metro Station)

Annual CTC: 10 - 15 lakhs (Salary no bar for the right candidate)

Experience: 5-8 years

Shift Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday (01st & 3rd Saturdays are working)

We are looking for an IT head who can oversee the information technology strategy for our organization, developing and implementing the policies and goals for the IT department. The IT head analyzes the business requirements of different departments and conducts feasibility studies to determine the best use of technical resources. We are looking for an IT manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's global computing needs.

Technical investments may include a new information system or upgrades to hardware or software components. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience into supervisory and leadership and a detailed knowledge of industry's best practice processes. You need to be passionate about building a great organization, well-rounded technically, obsessed with software development best practices, experienced in leading enterprise software development teams, and highly committed

Role & Responsibilities

- Install operational excellence through a set of robust process, metric and do it right the first time thought processes to ensure quality.

- Instill development best practices and build a culture where we insist on the highest standards.

- Continually identify opportunities for Operational Excellence and process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and enable our business partners to scale.

- MUST have very good People Management skills.

- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

- Improve annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

- Make logical decisions while performing classification tasks

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly.

- Excellent documentation skills

- Good composition skills ability to clearly understand market place.

- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

- Fast learner to use our in-house CRM and order/inventory systems etc.

- Drive daily production goals along with monitoring and maintaining quality control of existing data.

Requirements

Proven working experience as an IT Manager in a MNC or a IT head.

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.

Specialized with technical skills in and not limited to SAP, LINUX, JAVA, .NET, DOS, PHP etc.

Expertise in data center management and data governance.

MUST have good communication and people management skills and should have proved the worth.

Need to be a Graduate in B.Tech or similar technical domain.

MBA with a reputed institute or a premium University.
