Estimation and Sales Engineer (Projects)

Main Purpose of Role :

- Should have in depth knowledge of HVAC System and well Conversant with design & estimation of HVAC requirements in different industrial segments.

- Should be responsible for estimation and sales activities of entire project from tendering to post order stage.

- Candidates should be aware of relevant local and international standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

- Study Tender documents.

- Meet customers for technical clarifications, as necessary and prepare all pre engineering work

- Prepare BOQ as required

- Equipment selection and send enquiries for all bought out items.

- Prepare product compliance sheets as required.

- Prepare complete tender estimation, quotation and submit tenders

- Attend clarification meetings and finalise orders with clients- both technical & commercial.

- Prepare engineering documents after receipt of order for client approval.

- Knowledge is AutoCAD drafting (HVAC) is desirable but not mandatory.

Person Specification/Profile:

- Must be graduate/diploma holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any accredited engineering college/polytechnic in India or abroad.

- Should have minimum 4-7years- experience in estimation functions.

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, preferably in industrial HVAC segment.

- Must have demonstrable leadership and communication skills

- Must be conversant in English, Hindi and local language and be able to communicate effectively with various set of people.

- Must have an amiable personality to work in a team
