Estate Planning - LLB - BFSI

Provide inputs on estate plan/trust structuring pertaining to Estate Planning division

Drafting trust deeds, wills, amendments to the trust deeds, NDAs and other documentation for the estate planning division

Discuss and finalise the trust deed with the client and their legal and tax counsels

Conduct due diligence where required and provide inputs of share holder agreement/share purchase agreement which may be required from investors' for limiting the liability of the trusts

Co-ordinate with the business team, tax team and operations team on finalization of the trust documentation and various transactions

Conduct research on various laws and regulations impacting the estate planning structure of the client and address client's queries

Key requirements

1) Lawyer with 5-10 years of experience

2) post graduate qualification would be preferred

3) Experience in investment firms

4) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5) Excellent drafting and organizational skills
