Head General Manager - Brand and Communication - Smart Utilities, Essel  Experience :   - 10-12+ years- experience in marketing & brand communications   - Strong relevant experience in handling brand / communication / online marketing agencies as client   - Experience in brand development for service / new economy industries preferred   - Experience of handling pan India / multiple cities/ geographies  Role & Responsibilities : In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for :   - Responsible for overall brand & communication development and execution for Smart Utilities Businesses including creation of brand / architecture/ guidelines, ATL & BTL communication plan development & execution, internal & external communication, PR, online & offline campaigns and reputation management   - Selection of, coordination with and communication plan development/ execution with external brand / communication / digital marketing agencies   - Ideation, development and execution of all brand & marketing communication strategy for the company and programs in line with business requirements & KPIs   - Ensure brand, marketing & business KPIs like consistent / timely delivery, communication content optimization, consumer awareness, brand imagery and business deliverables for individual programs   - Ideate, develop and execute alliances in line with the brand & communication strategy   Skills and Knowledge :   - Knowledge & experience of consumer (internal & external) communication evaluation, ideation, development and implementation & measurement   - Ability to ideate, develop and execute marketing communication, promotional and customer engagement programs in line with business / marketing / brand objectives   - Ability to translate business requirements into highly effective omni channel marketing programs in sync with / as part of the overall business / marketing plans   - Keen eye for consumer trends and behavior and ability to adopt trends, technologies and environmental factors into marketing campaigns   - Ability to devise innovative & cost effective communication campaigns to meet business KPIs   - Ability to independently drive consumer KPIs through innovative programs & tactics of digital marketing   Competencies :   - Superlative oral, written communication skills   - Excellent conceptualization and ideation skills backed by execution capabilities  - Excellent communication and coordination skills with all stakeholders and external agencies   - Business orientation with an eye on financial and operational imperatives
