Job Title: Business Analyst  Reporting: CEO's Office  Reportees: None  Key Responsibilities  - To identify opportunities for growth, convert the same into financial feasibility plan and finally draw a detailed business plan to aid organizational growth.  - To prepare the CEO for all internal/external meetings i.e. researching organization /individuals, briefing on synergy and possible new joint working opportunities which might result from this meeting so as to maximize new business opportunities for company.   - To provide / research ground material / literature on various national schemes in Infra Sector in India and Overseas.   - To prepare, proof read and edit all outgoing correspondence e.g. presentations, letters, Funding proposals, press releases, Marketing materials and newsletters.  - To provide regular updates on government policies and legislations.   - To develop and maintain structures for inter team communications within Company.  - To monitor tasks delegated by the CEO to customers and internal teams on existing and new business opportunities to ensure that completed work is achieved to agreed deadlines.  - To work closely with the CEO to ensure that all projects and contacts are up to date and ensure relevant managers produce monthly management reports for outlining progress on all projects.   - To ensure the general maintenance of reference material for bids/ proposals  Skills / Competencies:  - Adaptable: Aligns behavior in light of changing conditions; is nimble in adapting one's approach to situations / people and quick to act, particularly in complex and ambiguous situations  - Achievement Orientation: Exhibits passion, drive and perseverance to consistently deliver required business goals with speed and as per the desired quality.  - Business Acumen: Ability to spot trends and acts/develops commercially viable strategies for leveraging these business opportunities.  - Strategic Business Orientation: Ability to see existing trends and anticipate future patterns in the economy / business environment and identify radical business opportunities which will benefit the organization from a long term perspective.  - Managing Stakeholders: Ability to establish and build effective working relationships (internal and external) with a variety of stakeholders (influencers, decision makers and consumers) and serving their needs with a focus on gaining their support/cooperation to further the organization's goals.  - Analytical Skills, Highly Organized, Executive Presence, Powerpoint and MS Office expertise.  Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications  - Bachelor in Engineering and preferably an MBA from a premier school.  - Minimum eight (8) years of progressive strategic experience in Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Sector with exposure to PPP projects.  - Experience of interacting with C-suite executives and government departments.  - Knowledge of the industry trends, competition and ability to synthesize the knowledge into business recommendations
