- Finalisation of Accounts, MIS. Understanding of Practical application of Indian Accounting Standards, companies act. 			  - Practical knowledge of Taxation - Direct and Indirect	  - Monitoring Accounts payable			  - Preparing the ALCO papers to be submitted to ALCO committee and ALCO minutes for the committee meeting  - Preparing the return statements for submission to RBI  - Monitoring the fund flow position for the NBFC operations  - Ensuring that timely interest payments are made to Banks/Investors  - Preparing the assignment/securitization information to be submitted to Investors  - Managing all payments and collections in various operative accounts  - Handling basic accounts and making required voucher entries in the system  - Preparing the trial balance sheet   - Preparing the MIS information for submission to Management for major P&L items as well as B&S items  - Preparing formats basis the data extracted from the system for audit purposes  - Interaction with various rating agencies for information gathering   Qualification: Chartered Accountant
