Essar group is looking to hire Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants as part of their Business Leadership program. This program is designed to be an MBA on-the-job and will provide participants cutting edge management training inputs periodically. The participants will undergo a 2 week orientation before being deployed to handle business roles in the Finance and Strategic Planning functions and other roles that allow them to work with and learn directly from Essar Leaders.   Desired Profile   - Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants   - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)  - Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems  - Good at communication, change management, project planning and leadership capabilities
