Esko is looking for dynamic and result oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who will manage the talent acquisition process for applicant lifecycle from the sourcing of candidates through the application, interviewing, and offer letter process for its Bengaluru R&D Center. In this role you will be responsible for helping to develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure appropriate talent / workforce resources.   The ideal candidate is the one who is really good at execution and has the ability to be strategic, thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities, and is motivated by hiring quality candidates at the right cost.  Role & Responsibilities :   - Coordinates with HR Business Partner to understand business requirements and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing pipeline of candidates.   - Develop and implement innovative recruiting programs, ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning.   - Understand and improve our internal recruitment processes to make them more effective and efficient, while upholding quality measures, volume in pipelines, and closure attainment along with providing a great recruitment experience to candidates.  - Generates a pipeline of appropriate resumes/candidates, profile/pre-qualify, interview and follow-up with hiring manager on potential fit of those candidates who meet the job requirements and preferences.   - Generates leads via social media, job board, research lists, referrals, job fairs and databases.   - Manage the content of the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) for assigned regions, including applicant flow, EEO data, etc.   - Developing a good understanding of client companies and their industry to assist in finding top talent.   - Provides consultation on recruiting best practices.   - Other duties as assigned by Human Resource Manager, India/Management.  Educational & Experience :  - MBA is a must.   - 8-12 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience (IT and Non IT) in a large corporate organization and/or agency experience.   - Should have the working knowledge of HR Branding to attract the right talent.  - Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment recruiting engineering/technical professionals on a national basis & global basis  - Creative sourcing and networking experience required.   - The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required   - Must be detail oriented, have strong project management skills, and be able to coordinate many record keeping activities at once  Qualifications :   - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)  - Executive presence required for effective interactions with senior members of the team   - Demonstrate a sense of urgency  - Proven ability to successfully tackle complex human resources  About Esko :   Esko, A Group Company of the Danaher group ($20 Billion and Fortune 500 Company), is a global supplier of integrated software solutions for packaging, sign and display finishing, commercial printing, digital asset management and professional publishing.
