Budgets and Forecast and MIS-

- Preparation of Budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts on Expenses/Revenue

- Understanding of the - SW R & D environment - preparation of related MIS reporting monthly/quarterly and other adhoc reports for decision support.

- Detailed Analysis - Variance analysis with follow up actions - Monthly, Quarterly

- Special projects - AX Roll out & Implementation Knowledge of - HFM and AX recommended.

- MIS reporting requirements monthly/quarterly - meeting HQ timelines.

Taxes and Regulatory-

- Indirect Taxes Compliances - Service Taxes, Provisions, ST calculations which is required to be handled on a regular (monthly) basis. Service Tax reconciliation and filings/assessments.

- Direct Taxes ensuring accuracy in the provisioning quarterly, review of WHT challans and payments, attending to correspondences, assessment- dept. works.

- With Holding Taxes Reconciliations/monthly filings review quarterly.

- Implementation/monitoring of Vision 360 - Compliance Tool

- WHT reco. Monthly and filings monthly/quarterly.

- Month close - assistance/Inter company Transactions/Revenue reconciliations

- Balance sheet reconciliations

- Reporting requirements - HQ/disclosure/compliances

Audit - Assistance (internal/Annual)-

- Company secretarial matters on compliances - Board meeting requirements/ROC filings

Revenue

- Verification of revenue Bookings monthly

- Ensuring the accuracy of calculation of Intercompany revenue from the related Parties.

- Familiar with related party transactions and disclosures.

Educational Qualification: Charted Account (CA)
