Escorts - Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Planning/Designing (6-12 yrs)
Designing processes & Facilities with the help of APQP for New projects (New facility set up, small assembly plants and Skid plants) from planning to commissioning till handover.
Planning Machines, Equipment & Facilities required. Executing the facilities by their selection, RFQ, Negotiations, Procurement, DAP, Trials at suppliers, installations on site & commissioning.
Handling engineering activities, involving working out various requirements w.r.t. planning, layouts, facilities, machines/Equipments, Line balancing, manpower & process documentation (PFD, PFMEA, CP, SOP/ESOS, VTC, manifest, APPAP etc.).
Resolving issues and bottlenecks hindering the project schedules & costs.
Understanding & Implementation of continuous improvement projects through KAIZEN, CIT, OIT, CRE, CFT, PDCA, 5S, LCA, Mistake Proofing (Poka-Yoke), TPM & Lean Mfg. etc.
- Good experience in Small assembly plant setup and skid assembly plants.
- Knowledge of Paint shop processes and Experience in Small paint shop set up is must.
- Experience in Project management & team lead on project activities.
- Experience in Layout designing.
- Basic understanding on utilities and services required at assembly plants.
- Knowledge of Material handling methods and storage systems.
- Project Management.
