ERP Support Analyst - Techno Functional - Navision (6-10 yrs)
- Provide Techno - functional support to the ERP applications
- Understand the functionality/enhancement/report development requirement from the business users and create appropriate functional requirement document
- Coordinate with the 3rd party developers and provide adequate guidance for on time quality delivery of development requirements
- Provide consultation for best practices in deploying of ERP Architecture with interfaces, localization and customizations
- Configure Master data, various key parameters, and critical business reporting/rules
- Support development and testing of customizations and enhancements
- Ensure clear documentation of test strategy, test scenarios and test results
- Advise internal users of any upgrades or new releases, and assist with creating training materials for end-users.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Five to eight years of IT experience and a minimum of three year experience in ERP support activities such as functional support, technical support, development and consolidated reporting.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Navision ERP both classic and RTC clients and various versions starting version 5 to 2013.
- ERP implementation experience and understanding of project management methodologies is a plus
- Experience in Manufacturing industry and business processes
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workload.
- Must be well-organized and very detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Fluent in English
- Strong relationship building and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with cross functional/cross cultural team members, project stakeholders and internal customers
- Process oriented with continuous improvement focus.
