Opening for ERP Manager- Financial System Analyst

- They are looking for ERP Manager - Financial Systems Analyst to be based out in Gurgaon.

Role Summary/Purpose :

- ERP Manager- Finance Functional Analyst, with experience in Oracle Financials implementation.

- Implementation experience of various OF modules (GL, FA, Budget, Procurement, HR) and integration with GL feed Systems.

Essential Responsibilities :

- Front end the ERP implementation for Financial module and work with Project team & Implementation partner for all the Finance related requirements, reports, interfaces etc.

- Support to and coordinate with finance team members to compile the requirements, master data, final solution-design, creating test cases/scenarios & testing, facilitating acceptance & sign off etc.

- Independently validate the historical data migration for last 15 years from legacy system and get the same validated & signed off by respective finance team members also,

- Provide handholding support & training to finance team members/new users for the ERP functionalities & processes. Understand the issues raised by team and resolve or escalate/log the same to ensure earliest resolution,

- Trouble shoot the ERP issues, track and coordinate with IT team/Technical Support Providers/Oracle for resolution of the issue,

- Perform various tasks as Super User for Finance e.g. ensure smooth month end close of all the ERP modules, proactively open the new periods, define accounting calendars and update the masters in system for Forex Rates on monthly basis, monitor & liquidate un-posted transactions in system, review & rationalize the access control/responsibilities for all the ERP users in Finance etc.

- Periodic monitoring and audit of access rights, password management, service/ incidents/ change requests raised and implementation thereof

- Drive ERP discipline in the Finance Team by periodic review & rationalization of user access and segregation of duties,

- Ensure smooth closure of financial year, year end role up and related reconciliation of the role up values,

- Help in the system audit for Financial Modules of ERP and proactively ensure no lapses,

- Constantly looking for improvement opportunities and taking initiatives towards simplification & automation of processes in and around ERP, ensuring the health of the ERP processes to avoid any process breakdown etc.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- CA with 5-6 years experience in Oracle ERP Implementations (GL, AR, AP, FA & iExpense modules), cross functional Project executions & Management
