Ernst & Young - Lead Consultant - HR - XLRI/TISS (3-7 yrs)

Key Tasks:

- Interface with internal/external clients as required for the execution of people & organization consulting assignments (Talent Management/ Performance & Rewards/HR Process Excellence) and deliver projects meeting with the exacting requirements of the engagement mandate.

- Develop entry level consulting resources and nurture them to deliver consulting assignments

- Research and introduce innovative services and associated tools in the chosen area for use by EY HR/P&O consulting and deployment within the firm.

- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and quality of deliverables

Personnel Specifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering and MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management or MHRM/Equivalent from reputed institutions such as XLRI/RBS/TISS/MSSW

- 3-7 years’ experience in Human Resources/People consulting (internal/external) with companies such as Mercer, Hewitt, PWC, Deloitte, Right Management, KPMG, IBM, Hay Group, Accenture, DDI or other boutique HR consultancy firms or companies such as Infosys, TCS, WIPRO.

- Excellent numerical, communication/presentation skills and attention to detail

- Excellent functional skills in any one or more of the following areas:

- Career & Succession Planning Strategy/Framework, Competency Mapping, Linking Competencies to HR sub systems, Assessment & Development Centre design( including tools design), Individual/Group development planning

- Compensation Strategy, Development of Salary scale, Salary benchmarking, incentive schemes design

- Organization Design/HR Benchmarking/ Process Excellence/Audit based on PCMM model

- Change Management
