Industry experience of min 10 yrs with at least 8+ yrs in Learning and Development.   - Should have worked with large sized organizations with good exposure to learning management systems and large scale learning operations.   - IT/ICT technology awareness would be preferred. Strong communication skills. Able to work independently with a team.   - Should be able to work closely with business and present results to business leadership.   - Ability to network and work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.  Key Responsibilities:  - Collate and review the competency development plans on a regular basis and work closely with the business units to address the competency gaps.   - Work on program design for new programs in association with training partners.  - Identify the training needs and rollout training programs on a monthly basis  - Preparation of the training calendar based on interaction with Academy, vendors, internal trainers.  - Manage campus hires program end to end  - Manage induction for new hires at the location  - Drive the certification needs.  - Build and optimize the internal trainer pool, drive Train-the-Trainer program  - Ensure the compliance to the training process wrt. Training nomination, approvals, attendance, feedback.   - Ensure evaluation of the training programs w.r.t. efficiency and effectiveness.   - Drive the usage of learning management system within the business units.   - MIS reporting of training programs and certifications.   - Promote awareness and brand new learning initiatives
