Profile for Equity Syndication involves providing assistance to Corporate in optimizing their capital structure and managing complete process for raising private equity capital / quasi equity / convertible instruments in order to achieve their growth targets.

Achieving targeted fee based income & maintaining and enhancing business quality would be the important responsibilities.

Origination, appraisal & placement would be the 3 important dimensions of this profile.

Requirement:

- 9-13 yrs of experience in Equity Syndication with exposure to Equity Syndication of Capital for Infrastructure Projects

- Should have good (PE, other institutional investors) investor relationships
