Job Description:

- Profile for Equity Syndication involves providing assistance to Corporate in optimizing their capital structure and managing complete process for raising private equity capital / quasi equity / convertible instruments in order to achieve their growth targets.

- Achieving targeted fee based income & maintaining and enhancing business quality would be the important responsibilities.

- Origination, appraisal & placement would be the 3 important dimensions of this profile.

Desired profile:

- Qualification for all should be MBA from a premier Institute/CA/CFA.

- Experience should be in Debt syndication & Equity syndication pertaining to Infrastructure projects only like roads, power, ports, airports etc.

Real estate will not constitute Infrastructure for us.
