Job opening with one of the largest financial services firm-Bangalore  Role Description:  The sector specialist will provide research support to the investment professionals specifically with regards to corporate governance & forensic accounting research. Initially the focus for the sector specialist will be companies within the emerging market countries.   The sector specialist will use a variety of methods and research tools to gather data. He / she will work closely with both internal colleagues and external sources eg. fellow sector specialists, company's fundamental research analysts, industry sources, consultants, Wall Street contacts, technology data and systems support, market data, and research services as necessary in order to gain important insights, knowledge and tools to provide the highest level of support to the research process. Occasionally he/she may have to support analysts on fundamental research too.  The sector specialist will discuss his/her findings with the investment professional who has requested the research. He / she will also publish a note which all investment professionals can access in the company.   Qualifications:  - CA/CPA. Additional qualification of MBA or CFA is desirable.  - Ideally a 4-5 years of forensic accounting/financial due-diligence/corporate governance research experience
