Position –Sr.Analyst/Analyst - Equity Research

Location – Mumbai

Sector – Auto and Metal & Mining

2 separate position.

Specifications

1) MBA/PGDM with a specialization in finance/CA or equivalent.

2) Minimum 3 years of experience in equity research in an institutional brokerage firm.

3) Good communication skills

4) Candidate should be able to present his/her ideas independently

5) In-depth knowledge of the sector and the companies

6) Should have good client network with domestic houses as well as FIIs (preferable).

Responsibilities

1) Financial Modeling for the sector and the companies

2) Gaining acceptability and create visibility amongst the clients

3) Institutional Research, Report Writing

- Conceptualize ideas for differentiated and theme research reports.

- Working on financial models to formulate & finalize views on the industry and companies relating to Institutional research.

- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of idea to strategists.

- Keep up to date with current industry trends and trade publications.

- Interacting with institutions and networking to upgrade his / her knowledge of the sector interacting with Institutional Clients.

Guide and train junior analysts.
