- Develop in-depth understanding about the Industry, track Macro/Micro economic data and analyze the impact of Macro/Micro economic Indicators and the growth prospects of sectors.

- Study the stock performance of the companies in the sector, Initiate and maintain coverage on them, Track equity / debt market and IPOS.

- Hold interactions with Corporate Management, Fund Managers, and Industry Analysts as well as attend analyst meets, annual general meetings to expand his/her knowledge horizon.

- Responsible for sector coverage and compiling data from multiple sources to develop extensive valuation model along with detailed financial analysis specifically for the sectors.

- Responsible for thorough financial statement analysis to develop a long term cash flow model and derive an independent investment valuation model and deliver presentations on companies recommended for long term investment.

- Prepare detailed Industry research reports involving competitive intelligence and tracking marketing strategies by competitors to arrive at buy/sell price targets.

- Preparing/writing crisp daily/weekly wrap up on different investments classes/markets, including Equities, Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities

- Organizing road shows teleconferences and management meets.

- Ability to introduce and mentor analysts on specific competencies in the area of financial modeling and research.

- Prepare detailed Research reports (yearly - 7-10 reports)

- Preview/Review the updates and reports prepared by the team

- Timely completion of assignments from idea conceptualization stage to final preparation of the research reports and updating the sales team handling institutional business

- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of investment ideas to clients in the form of Industry/Company research reports, presentations and oral communication in view of creating Sector image of the company

- Ensure adherence to the standards & norms set to prepare the reports.
