- At least 2-3 years of experience in Equity Research of Indian Stocks (Freshers will not be considered)

- An MBA from a tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

- Done extensive financial model building

- Written Initiating coverage and sector coverage reports

- Eye for detail

- Ability to identify new investment opportunities.
