Equitec - Associate - Financial Analysis/Modeling (2-4 yrs)
- Will work closely on fundamental analysis of various companies in the Telecom and Banking sectors
- Will be responsible for preparing financial models of companies under coverage with future estimates of Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows.
- Preparing detailed research reports that involve ratio analysis, industry analysis, trend analysis initiating recommendation for equity clients.
- Keep abreast of important trends and developments in the relevant sectors.
- Consistently talk to clients / sales people / dealers on these stocks / sectors
- Also, initiate theme -based / event-based short term calls
Job Requirements:
- Post graduate (Finance)/CFA with research experience of minimum 2 years in these sectors
- Good understanding of capital markets with excellent financial skills. A solid understanding of financial statements, ratios and valuation concepts.
- Analytical / Problem solving skills, with a logical thought process - to sort, analyze and creatively interpret large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more sectors key drivers, dynamics, trends and indicators would be an added advantage
