The Ideal candidate:

- will have between one to five years of relevant experience,

- is deeply passionate about analyzing companies and coming up with stock ideas,

- has received appropriate education and/or training to develop very strong equity analysis and stock picking skills,

- can communicate his/her ideas effectively through written as well as oral medium, and

- will also have demonstrated ability to connect with relevant people in the industry
