As a firm, we focus on creating value for our clients across Infrastructure (Power, Renewable Energy, Roads, Logistics, Ports, and Urban Infra.) and Consumer (Food, Agribusiness, Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Restaurants & Hotels, Hospital & Wellness, and Education) sectors. Our service offering encompasses Private Equity syndication, Debt Syndication & Refinancing, and M&A / Strategic Alliance advisory. Additionally, we are in the process of raising another INR 2,500 Cr. in debt & structured capital for businesses in roads, ports, energy, healthcare, hospitality & education sectors.  We are looking for two candidates:  (1).with relevant experience in Debt Syndication (preferably with experience across project debt, corporate debt and ECBs)  (2).with relevant experience in PE Syndication and M&A (and preferably some amount of capital markets understanding)  Common details/ requirements for both positions:  1. MBA (Finance) from a premier business school or qualified CA (CAs must have cleared all exams in first attempt)  2. Relevant experience of 5-10 years of having worked directly on transactions  3. Sufficient experience of direct client-interaction is a pre-requisite  4. Should have led end-to-end execution of deals  5. Should be well turned-out &have a pleasing personality  6. Should have impeccable communication & presentation skills   7. Band/ designation (Sr. Associate/ AVP/ VP) will be decided based on total relevant experience  8. Position will be based out of New Delhi but the candidate will be expected to travel to different locations for work  Salary will have 2 components:   A. Fixed compensation: Itwill be in line with the market and quantum &quality of experience of the candidate.  B.
