Head - Energy Storage Management Research

Location: Bangalore

A minimum of 10+ years of Professional experience / expertise having worked in the Research and Innovation on Energy Storage and grid integration.

Qualification :

- PhD/Post-Doctoral in Electrical /electronic and communication

- Proven track record in developing solutions on energy storage and grid integration a must.

- PhD, in Electrical /electronic and communication with 10+ years of experience in research & development with focus on Energy storage, Grid integration, micro grid management solutions.

- Should have hands-on experience in developing solutions.

- Exposure to regulatory experience on micro grid, energy storage, power systems.

- Adept at leading mid research function/s with ability to manage team of 5 members.

- Ability to manage various internal stake holders and collaborate with external stakeholders (collaborators, partners, clients, CROs etc.) will be key.

- Process development, regulatory filing experience and technology transfer.

- Preparing costing for solution development

- Identifying & managing internal and external partnerships to meet project deliverables and timelines.

- Collaborate with Institutes on research smart grid, energy storage

- Participate in conferences/seminars/workshop for knowledge dissemination

- Publish papers in peer reviewed journals
