A visionary with a deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies, s/he will be responsible for not only the organization's marketing strategy but also customer service, branding, pricing and sales management. S/he will develop and strengthen Enzen's unique and compelling - voice- ensuring the brand is strong and consistent in every marketing tactic, and that the - Enzen story- is communicated with drama, creativity and impact. Influence target industries and demographics through building Enzen's brand as an - industry leader- . Mastermind and execute innovative stakeholder communications strategies spanning technology, analytics, growth and, above all, measurable impact.  Key Responsibilities   - A strategic partner to the CMD / CEO, the incumbent is responsible for strategic planning and development, branding, market research, and customer service across global markets  - Pioneer and implement measurable marketing strategies that support the organization's overall strategies and objectives, and will drive hard revenue goals and increase awareness at the national and global levels  - Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance to organizational goals. Review and approve advertising campaigns, marketing reports, vendor contracts and expenditures and track return on investment.  - - Listen- to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the organization. Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.  - Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (branding, communications etc.), and ensure that all communications align with the brand one unique - voice-   - Develop and implement an integrated, innovative strategic communications plan in line with Enzen's corporate culture and business strategy, to advance Enzen's brand identity.   - Continue to develop and strengthen Enzen's unique and compelling - voice- to build brand awareness, relevance, reputation and esteem among target audiences  - Monitor, guide, take informed decisions on product branding by looking at various data points, and drive the products mandate globally, guide respective product / service line on all marketing initiatives  - Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, promotional campaigns, advertising, public relations and other marketing efforts across channels (drive investment in digital marketing and roll out technological upgrades, etc.)  - Create innovative marketing strategies that will build Enzen's brand, leading to increased awareness, relevance and respect among our target audience  - Ensure the organization's message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives using new ways to deliver messaging, such as mobile devices, video and social media  - Lead a team of highly efficient marketing professionals to drive the marketing and branding efforts to increase Enzen's aggressive awareness and growth targets to create a best in class social media presence that empowers stakeholders to spread the brand virally  - Build organizational capability through proactive coaching of the direct reports on skill-building and career development.
