Quality/Process - Environment Manager - A Reputed MNC

Guarantees that the quality of products dispatched from the plant complies with customer specifications, Company's internal standards, certifications and regulations. Carries out the treatment of customer complaints including non product related. Is the voice of customer.

Ensures that the installations on site are operated at the best performance levels possible, in accordance with Company's industrial fundamentals and standards, while developing further expertise. Monitors environmental performance & compliance with regulations.

Ensures compliance of the HSEQ integrated management system with ISO referentials, promote and animate continuous improvement

Product Quality & Process Management :

Implements and monitors quality control plans ensuring quality at every step of the manufacturing process, For certified products, ensures compliance and the relationships with the certification bodies, builds the files for any new certificate

Consolidates the full picture of plants installations performance. In case of deviance, identify the origin, the causes and elaborates a proposal correcting the deviance to the Plant Director

Continuous improvement : identify actions to be taken, designs and implements those which could improve the functioning of plant. Conduct mill and kiln audits

Management of change: in case of modifications of equipment or raw materials participate in the necessary modification of the related processes and evaluate the impact on the global performance (process, quality, environment, process safety).

Contributes to the mastery of process / product interactions knowledge with the objective to reinforce process control and prevent any critical quality drift.

Investments projects: Collaborate with the industrial project managers

Supervizes a process engineer and a quality control laboratory manager & operators, ensures their development.

Environment :

Monitor and analyze the plant's KPIs and equipment in terms of environment.

Monitor environmental improvement action plans, including actions ensuring compliance with ISO 14001. Carries out data consolidation & periodical reporting

Customer satisfaction management :

Carries out the management of customer complaints, Be the voice of customer within the plant, provides answers to any client question

M.Sc/ M.Tech/ B.Tech with Chemistry / Chemical Technology with minimum 10 years of experience in cement industry

Should be a Telugu speaking person

Should have handling a team of 10 to 15 nos

Should have exposure in:

Integrated management system:

Compliance of the IMS with ISO standards

Managing the continuous improvement programs

Managing the QSE documentation, administrates the QSE management software
