Envigo - Project Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Brief :

We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be embedded in one of India's leading banks and be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including website launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns.

You will be a techno-business expert and will have exposure to Oracle Webcenter, which is the CMS that is in use at the bank.

You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects- digital lifecycle management within quality, time and budget requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end project management of various website and digital marketing related big and small projects

- Scope project requirements and prepare budget

- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications

- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Requirements

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing in techno functional role (BA), exposure to Oracle Webcenter is a definite plus

- Have hands on experience with technology implementation

- Experience in Social, Website, Mobile & digital marketing tools

- Liaise with development & business team to understand & document the required

- Follow Project Management framework with various team for successful delivery of project.

- Strong vendor management experience
