Requisites Must have 3+ years of proven business development experience in an advertising agency, market research, brand research, advertising analytics, and/or marketing consulting in a reputed firm. Has established a strong network in the Marketing and Advertising space including Brands, Agencies and Production houses. Responsibilities : - Develop a growth strategy for AffectLab.io product, focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction - Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs for AffectLab.io - Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities - Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, take help of product and leadership team as required - Plan approaches and pitches working with Product Management and Leadership team - Promote the company's products/services addressing clients- objectives - Develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support - Develop BD executives into valuable sales people - Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients - Maintain accurate data in CRM and periodic sales reports to Management Requirements : - Proven track record in a similar role - Strong and successful Client Facing experience - Ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders - Masters or Bachelors in Business administration
