Our client, based out of Bangalore, is looking for smart team oriented people who can get things done and entrepreneurs who have passion and drive to do something exhilarating and incredible. Role: Entrepreneur in Residence- Paid channel marketing

Purpose: To build a leading brand in e-Commerce space. Develop and executed an overall paid marketing (display, adwords, affiliates etc) that generates highest bang-for-buck in terms of driving high-quality consumer traffic for website/apps/ etc.

Responsibilities:

- Head the entire online and digital marketing function

- Focus on customer segmentation and targeting

- Develop digital marketing strategies for market entry & penetration

- Manage paid web marketing

- Manage Google ad words, pay per click etc

- Build and manage the online community by crafting and running effective online campaigns

- Ensure effective online reputation management

- Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans; Develop creative strategy for the above mentioned channels

- Develop brand platform and positioning

- Strengthen the Brand to increase Brand Searches and Direct Traffic

- Budgeting: Plan and monitor brand wise budgets for every season and ensure that expenses are in accordance to the overall objectives.

Skills

- 2-6 yrs of experience with 2+ years in eCommerce space

- Preferred Institutes: IITs, NITs, IIMs or International B-Schools

- Good understanding of Google Analytics and has worked on any digital marketing automation tools like EF, Marin, DoubleClick, Sociomantic

- Strong communication skills - ability to gain alignment & problem-solve collaboratively to achieve goals

eCommerce experience is mandatory for this role
