As Entrepreneur In Residence you will work directly with portfolio companies to identify problems and create solutions to the bottlenecks that companies are facing. You will work with teams to understand what barriers need to be overcome in the business, whether this is raising funding, hiring, tech, business development, marketing and more.   Once you have identified problems, it will be your responsibility to connect teams to the right people, guide them throughout the process, and ensure that the solutions being implemented are getting the desired effects. Your responsibility is to help these companies grow by overcoming struggles they are facing.   Thus, you will work as an entrepreneur, yet be part of an international team of highly motivated and talented people.
