Location – Mumbai

Description

- Supports and Manages the Enterprise Applications within Bank

- Expected to have deep knowledge of the business functions, to be able deploy & manage the relevant IT applications.

- He/She would be responsible for Managing of Business Application Incident and Problem Management, testing, deployment & support to end-users across the Bank, with the support resource under him/her.

- He/She should constantly strive to improve the effectiveness of IT applications, resulting into increase in performance of the business processes.

- He/She is primarily expected to ensure extremely smooth functioning of all the IT applications managed by him/her.

- The person should be able to display business partnering traits, whereby he/she bridges the gap between technology and business need.

- He/She would gather requirements from the business, write Business Requirement Documents and manage large complex projects (Project Management)


Education & Relevant Experience:

- Required – MBA (Compulsory) (IT management preferred)

- 3-6 years of relevant experience

- Excellent communication and written skills

- Capable to guide & direct during tight deadlines

- Played the role of Business Analyst/Technical Analyst

- Well versed with Project Management fundamentals and have managed medium/large projects

- Possess understanding of technology related to Enterprise IT Solutions

- Team player with focused on Internal / external Customer Satisfaction
