Position : Manager/Sr. Manager – Enterprise Sales
Function : Sales
Location : Mumbai
- To create and build profitable relationships with key accounts and corporate accounts by leveraging IDEA's range of products and services through Direct & Channel sales & Convert Competition Accounts
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities for special & unique requirements of Corporate e.g. Closed User Group tariff package etc.
- Keep a track of the clients¿ business initiatives and future plans.
- Collect the market intelligence data including environmental, customer and competitor information and initiatives and analyze the same to pre-empt its impact on the business.
- Identify the opportunities, in coordination with Account Managers, to use the clients to get new leads and customers through pyramid marketing to sell to their customers for mutual benefits and implement the same.
- Keep a track of the customers¿ changing needs to facilitate the innovation and development of the new customer management processes and system in coordination with the Account Manager.
- Develop proposals for corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and senior management of key accounts. Identify the opportunities to use existing customers to get new leads and prospects.
- Identify the opportunities for the new products, services and applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues.
- Implement the co- sponsorships and joint promotions programs with customers in coordination with the Account Manager and circle brand promotion team.
- Ensure the timely collection of the payments and adherence to the payment collection/ outstanding systems and procedures as per company policies.
- Build the Client relationship by sponsoring and organizing events and seminars in coordination with the Account Manager and circle promotion team.
- Build the customer loyalty by ensuring quality of service through coordination with customer service, Technical, billing and other function.
- Analyze the working of the program and the behavior of its members-churn, usage etc.
- To execute the various schemes planned from time to time to the loyalty program.
- Interface with customer service to ensure key accounts customer satisfaction and retention as per defined standard.
- Interface with corporate marketing & National Sales to develop loyalty programs for key accounts.
- Provide feedback to National Sales on existing corporate subscribers and potential clients.
- Disseminate best practices in managing key accounts to Corporate Head national Sales and ensure implementation across circle.
