1. Minimum years of experience- 14 +years

2. Deep knowledge and insight in the enterprise market through past sales, marketing or services leadership roles.

3. Proven leadership and people-management skills

4. Track record of strategic organizational impact and influence and v-team accomplishments

5. Experience devising and executing marketing to meet the needs of partners and customers and drive for results and delivery against accountabilities

6. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills and cross-group collaboration abilities
