We have an opportunity for a Enterprise Architect - Database for one of our client.

Job Description:

- Experience in Database design

- Expertise in Database Administration and Optimization

- Expertise in cluster management and administration

- The candidate should have a strong inclination to create Database solutions for enterprises

- Must have experience in administering large-scale (200 GB to multi-terabyte) database architectures.

- Candidate must be an experienced DBA who has worked on SQL Server 2008, SQL Server 2012 and SQL Server 2014.

- Must understand the SQL Server architecture at a 400 level.

- Strong experience with performance optimization and tuning with database applications is a MUST.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle or other RDBMS will be preferred.

- ASP, VBScript and XML knowledge a plus

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Mature, confident team player, must be creative and detail oriented.

- MCDBA track certifications are required; SQL MVP status is big plus.

- Must be able to communicate technical scenarios at both a high-level and detail level, as is required by the audience.

- Must have an excellent command of SQL Server and Windows monitoring tools.

- Must have knowledge on security management

- Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams

- Must have better understanding regarding patch management

- Must have DR Disaster recovery solution(log shipping, mirroring, Replication) knowledge

- Experience in migration and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle
