Job Description
- Facilitate business simulation workshops for VPs, CEOs and other business leaders as per client requirements
- Work closely with CXOs, and Head HRs to understand their business problems and customize delivery of business simulation workshops
- Interact with business decision makers to understand their pain points and translate them to clearly defined product requirements for product team
- Develop business analysis frameworks and decision-making tools targeted at senior business leaders
- Designing content : Translate business models into clearly defined product requirements for engineering team and own the business side of content creation (non-IT)
- Engage, excite and build strong relationship with workshop participants
Candidate Profile
- MBA from a premier business school (IIMA, B, C, L, XLRI and ISB only) with 2+ years of work experience
- Confidence and ability to ideate-with and challenge VPs, GMs and CEOs on their business issues
- Passionate about learning and education
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Ability to translate customer pain points into product specifications
- Start-up acumen: Willingness to go beyond a strict JD and get stuff done
