Engineering Manager -Sterling E-Commerce OMS

- Engineering Manager will be responsible for working with the business stakeholders and technical team ensuring quality and on schedule delivery of releases planned.

- Should have worked on Sterling product for at least 2+ years and should have experience of retail/eCommerce domain for at least 5+ years.

- He/She will also be responsible to manage the team, plan their day to day activities, and monitor the progress and timely status reporting to all the key stakeholders.

- He/She will also be responsible to work with the business to define the road-map for future releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead all activities for ongoing projects right from Requirements management to final deployment of the product on production

- Manage and allocate tasks / activities for the team members

- Work with business team and all stake holders for any project dependencies

- Recruiting and Team Building

- Recruit, coordinate and motivate the new team

- Work with the team and help them to achieve their career goals aligned with organization goals

- Project Executions

- Execute Fulfillment projects

- Plan / Monitor/ Track/ Report project execution and ensure quality delivery of the projects

- Manage dependencies with external systems
