Overall responsible for Plant and Equipment Maintenance.

Lead team of Engineers and Technicians to provide Engineering & Utility Support to the plant so as to achieve desired production targets.

Also should undertake & Execute de-bottlenecking/ expansion projects in coordination with Central Engineering Function.

To liaison with relevant regulatory authorities & ensure statutory compliances in totality.

Responsible for Calibration of Instruments.

To identify training needs of direct reportees & arrange for skill up gradation.

Review & implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

Resources mobilization in time of break-down

Inventory Management of Engg. spares

Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts - rate finalization, timely call ups, overseeing the same

To identify & recommend the need for replacement/ renewal of plant, equipment & machinery.

Identification of Resource requirement.

Maintaining Good House Keeping & Safety in Department.

To prepare Budgets for Engg.Spares/ fuel / Power/ Consumables of Engg. proper control of the expenditure.

To provide engineering support for various efficiency/productivity/safety/quality improvements initiatives

Prepare and forward monthly MIS to Works Manager and Central Engineering.

Manpower planning - contract manpower

Ensure SAP Discipline across engineering function.

Exploration of New Technologies.

Candidate Requirement : -

BE / B TECH with MBA will be an added advantage

Should have a exposure in Lean Management & Six Sigma ( Black Belt )

Should have worked in projects

SAP working platform will be an added advantage
