Engagement Manager - SAP Application Management (AM) Service Delivery (14-23 yrs)

We have an opportunity for Engagement Manager- SAP Application Management(AM) Service Delivery for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.
Job Description:
- 14+ Years of SAP Experience in IT consulting, out of which at least 5-7 years in Application management Reporting into Engagement Delivery Lead
- Should have lead medium/large (50-100) AM Engagements as Delivery Manager
- Should have managed SAP Application Management projects
- Should have managed P&L of his Engagement
- Has ability to transition work from customer / onsite teams to offshore
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Third parties
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Direct Interaction with customers
- Status Reporting to customer Metrics and Measurements
- Expert on ITIL processes - Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Release Management
- Contribute and own RFPs, Proposals and Solutions
- Up to date with market trends and solutions for Application Management services Note : We are not looking for pure People Managers.
