Engagement Manager - SAP

We have an opportunity for an Engagement Manager- SAP for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world’s largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Experience – 15 years plus, SAP –9+ years. Should have lead full life cycle implementation project.

Job Description:

Leading project teams to deliver end to end project assignments successfully

- Lead the planning and implementation of project

- Facilitate the definition of project scope, milestones and deliverables

- Manage project change and change requests

- Maximize offshore leverage

- Allocate and define project tasks and resource requirements

- Assemble and coordinate project staff

Manage project budget, revenue, margin and overall financial performance

- Manage project resource allocation, team management and motivation

- Plan and schedule project timelines

- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

- Provide direction and support to project team

- Manage Client relationship

- Ensure Quality assurance

- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

- Evaluate and assess Project outcomes and results

Mandatory Skill sets

- Proven ability to lead project teams to deliver end to end project assignments successfully

- Experience in SAP consulting

- Experience of delivering at least two end-to-end SAP projects preferably for the North American or UK customers

- Should be well conversant with ASAP method and standard PM practices

- Exposure to RFI / RFP process including driving estimations and proposals

- Strong solution content on one or more of SAP modules

- Ability to work well in teams and being a good individual as well as team player

- Commercial and business acumen

- Must possess drive and energy to take new challenges and flexible to work and travel abroad

- Work experience in our focus sectors like Energy & Utilities, Retail & Consumer Products, Public services, Manufacturing and Life Sciences is a plus
