Engagement Manager - SAP (14-26 yrs)
We have an opportunity for an Engagement Manager - SAP for one of our client in Mumbai/ Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for delivery of one or more projects
- Create reference customers through good delivery quality and customer delight
- Full Operations Compliance and Operations Improvement for the engagement
- Drive account growth by pursuing new opportunities with customer
Required Skills :
- Program Management skills and must have managed a team of 100+
- Delivered at least 2 SAP Implementation / Rollouts projects for customers
- Customer facing and must have worked at least one engagement at onsite
- Ability to work in teams and lead from the front
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of project operations finance costs
- Pre-Sales and Solutions experience (desirable, but not mandatory)
