Engagement Manager - Research/Consulting - IIT/IIM/NIT

Responsibilities:

- Support and contribute to consulting assignments through

- Primary and Secondary research

- Involvement in data interpretation and data analysis

- Report preparation

- Awareness of consulting & research frameworks

- Own smaller consulting engagements as an individual contributor or individual work streams in larger consulting engagements

- Display accountability toward project delivery

- Develop junior consultants by conducting in-house training programs

- Guide junior consultants in their day to day research and analysis activities

- Review the deliverables of junior consultants in the team before it is reviewed by the Manager / Director

- Assist in business development activities by preparing project / work proposals

- Work in collaboration with team members and ensure superior deliverables

Job Requirements:

- Ability to scope the client’s problem

- Consulting, Research background will be preferred

- Multitask by working on up to 2-3 initiatives simultaneously (engagements / proposals)

Educational Background: Engineering Degree from a top-tier institute (e.g. IITs, NITs, IT-BHU) MBA from a top tier Indian or International University is an added advantage.

Years of Work Experience: 6 - 10 years

Relevant Work Experience: 6+ years of relevant work experience in research and consulting in IT/ ITES, Hitech sector; Knowledge of modern technologies like cloud, social, analytics & mobility is a must.

Location: Gurgaon

Offered Compensation: Upto 30 lakhs p. a
