Position Purpose :  Manages multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensures on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Devices or related industries. Contributes to new business development and maintaining and strengthening client base.   Consultant work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring and performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against the identified issues, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed strategy.  As a Consultant the candidate will often be end to end responsible for a work stream within the project working directly with Strategy & and client team members. The candidate might manage a team of consultants and will work across a variety of industries and often at the client site. Travel can be a part of the job.   Understand the client/engagement dynamics and provide constant direction and guidance to Analysts and Consultants assigned to engagement. Will perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions - is expected to drive the insights. Will design, structure and deliver client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience. Will recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.  Baseline Requirements:   - An advanced degree, such as a B.Tech/MBA or MBBS/MBA or PhD from reputed institute(s)   - Prior consulting experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare preferred.  - Strategy or strategic planning
