Engagement Manager (Tower head) with my client in Chennai.

Experience:

- Overall business experience: 12 + years

- Experience in P2P Operations: 5+ years

- Successfully managed Client relationships globally

- Experience in working in international environment (Experience in working with US clients will be an advantage)

- Collaborative relationship skills with executive management teams

- Experience with working in global teams, in a matrix organizational setup

- Ability to recruit, train and retain talent,leading organizations with more than 30 FTE’s

Desired Skills:

- Excellent knowledge and experience in procure to pay (P2P) Business operations.

- Excellent senior and operational client stakeholder handling skills

- Excellent people management and team leadership skills

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- Strong KPI / SLA management reporting capabilities

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic

- Good cross-cultural awareness

- Problem solving skills

- Ability to manage and reduce process complexity

- Ability to work with minimum guidance

- Proactive approach – challenge the status quo

- Strong commercial skills to support profitable delivery

- Expertise in operating on SAP Platform

- Flexible with work timings – able to work US hours
