It provide world class HR services through its company owned offices across India to over 500 organizations, including leading MNCs and large Indian firms across industries.   Critical requirement for one of my reputed MNC clients in Bangalore for a role of GRC Engagement manager.   Mentioned below is the detailed Job Description for the same.   Job Description for GRC (governance risk & compliance) Engagement Manager:   Job Summary :   Technical Experience	Should have strong experience in following:  - Has developed a strong GRC approach and methodology  - Perform Due Diligence / Pilot for potential new clients and prepare proof of concept for proposed solution  - Understand key requirements and able to get automated tools developed  - Internal audit - end to end processes or working as Compliance / Risk officer in a reputed organization  - Good knowledge and working experience of major international Compliances - e.g. AML, FCPA, BASEL, SOX, KYC etc.  - Process knowledge - all financial process e.g. Procure to Pay, Order to Cash etc.  Tools / Expert knowledge:  - MS office (Specifically Excel, PowerPoint)  - ERP - SAP/Oracle, Hand on experience on GRC tools like SAP GRC,   Open Pages or other similar tools  Communication:	  - Excellent Report writing and Presentation skills  - Excellent oral communication skills  Team Management: Should have managed a team of 8-10  Client Management:	  - Should have experience in handling a client and developing solution  - Should have experience in leading a team 8-10  Work Experience: 10-12 years out of which 5-6 years as manager  Qualification:	  - PG: CA, ICWA, CS, CIA, CPA, BL, BBM 	 - UG: B.Com  Shifts: Day Shift but should be flexible to work as per client timings  Join within: 30 days/60 days  Role:	  - Develop new products / service offerings  - Prepare compliance framework for major industries in US and Europe  - Accountable for all compliance solutions and lead the team till go live on new engagement  - Prepare solution for new pursuits  Should you be interested send your resume or call me to 04466623015   Silki Sahay
