Job Description:
Position Summary
As a member of Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) team, this position will act as the primary liaison between the CoE and Business Unit (BU) Finance team(s). The role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the BU CFO organization as well as the CoE to ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively addressing individual and unit-level issues. This role will facilitate knowledge transfer to the CoE on BU strategy, operations and process and will also be responsible for assuring that BU related activities out of the CoE are of the highest standard and quality.
Work Experience
- 10 years of experience; understand accountability must be from Finance background with
- Seasoned professional with extensive experience managing stakeholders overseas, preferable US or UK. Prior work includes SLA management and reporting, dashboards on performance
- Experience overseas a big advantage
- Excellent communication skills and English fluency – must be able to interact with BU CFOs and their VPs and build a relationship of trust and confidence. Knows the detail but can get to the punch line.
- Must be willing to work UK shift and extended hours as required
- Strong analytical and skills with an eye for detail
