Engagement Manager - Executive Search

Managing the delivery of assignments for all Clients. Independently working on Executive Search Assignments. Guiding and managing Team of Consultants & Researcher. Interviewing candidates at a Senior level. Independently working on Senior Searches.

Purpose of the job

This job will exclusively focus on managing IT/ Non IT requirements with focus on various skills including the ones at mid management level. Our customer bases are mainly MNCs, Start Ups, Captives & SMEs.

Job Responsibility

Some experience in IT/Non IT recruitment preferred but not essential.

Plan & execute the client deliverables.

Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.

Deliver on business targets and meet overall quality parameters.

Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.

Responsible for sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.

Source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.

Experience and Soft Skills Required

Passionate about end to end recruitment cycle in IT/Non IT recruitment.

Must have had managed clients independently and client expectation management.

Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.

Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks.

Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has passion for recruitment.
