Own, manage and contribute to consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan  2. Own revenue target and ensure the delivery of the project  3. Strong focus on Thought leadership  4. Ensure practice growth by managing client project delivery  5. Managing client relations and building business pipeline, nurture and grow new clients  6. Create market opportunities for business development for Zinnov through networking, innovative means and working on building proposals  7. Participate in industry forums or public speaking  8. Manage manpower allocation optimally utilizing existing skills and competencies, team engagement and project budget and cost  9. Mentor and guide by managing project teams- aspirations, needs and expectations and help them grow and deliver quality projects  10. Display a capability of managing larger responsibilities in the organization identifying totally with its values  11. Should be willing to face challenges, take risks and be creative in finding solutions and take decisions evaluating their implications in the long term  12. Manage the career aspirations and personal growth of reporting team members  13. Facilitate frequent interaction amongst direct reports and their respective teams by being more approachable and empathetic  14. Constantly keep updating knowledge base in areas that are relevant to business and also ensure that the teams below go through training as and when necessary  15. Meet the delivery targets every quarter  Required Skills:  1. Expertise required in projects dealing with parts of the go-to-market (GTM) problems for multiple Indian / Global clients (channel strategy, market sizing / estimation, consumer behavior etc.)  2. Demonstrated ability in interacting with leading government agencies - CII, NASSCOM, IBEF and different Ministries  3. Good understanding of business and operating market.  4. Experience and rigor in consulting and research methodologies and frameworks  5. Ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously  6. Ability to take up organizational level responsibilities and functions  7. Product Engineering experience mandatory  8. Pre-sales experience good to have.  9.
