Engagement Manager - Analytics Consulting

- 7-12 years of experience in Analytics Consulting

- Ability to translate business issues into structured analyses

- Strong understanding of a broad range statistical models (e.g. regressions, bayesian methods, clustering, dimensionality reduction, classifiers, simulations, text analytics).

- The projects they will be leading are often niche, needing applications of advanced statistical models.

- Good programming experience and willing to work hands-on with the data -- ability to apply the above models in a language of their choice (e.g. R, SAS, Python)

- Should be able to handle a client engagement end to end. Will involve client management, understanding the business problem, conceptualizing the analytical solution, exploring various modeling frameworks, working with their team to deliver the solution etc.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Should have managed small teams

- Should be willing to make occasional short international business trips

Position will be based out of CHENNAI
