They have offices in all metro cities and US with 2700+ employees.  Position : Engagement Manager  Experience : 11 years+  Location Bangalore  Education : BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA  Roles and responsibilities-  - Work collaboratively with clients up to CIO/CXO level, technical architects, account executives, solution designers, commercial specialists and wider delivery teams.  - Guide other professionals (projects practitioners, specialists and consultants)  - Provide consultation to important SCRUM based program and involved very closely with delivery  - Client satisfaction - Try and make NPS score greater than or equal  - Responsible for revenue recognition, invoicing.  - Escalation point for staff operational issues.  - Attrition management  - Account growth by exploring and pitching various business models by closely engaging with Client leadership (VP / CIO/CXO)  - Actively manages the client relationship including the commercials, risks and opportunities of the development, and acts as the point of escalation for the client  - Provide leadership in complex project related problems and create innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.  - Lead and guide the efforts of others in understanding and reaching project decisions.
