Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka   As the Engagement leader, you will be responsible for building world-class engagement features and programs to Indian customers with a focus on driving program loyalty and increased retention. The role will work closely with the worldwide Engagement and Retention team to leverage existing programs and work cross functionally to develop IN first engagement programs. You will be responsible for defining the engagement strategy across member lifecycles and managing the member P&L.   You will be a manager of managers and will lead a team of marketing, program, product, and analytics professionals to define and execute your plan. You will have to partner cross functionally with IN business and tech teams, as well as other WW Benefits teams to build compelling programs and incentives. You will also be responsible for building and managing external partnerships to help drive member engagement.   Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will be expected to work autonomously, taking full control and responsibility for hitting business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the global e-commerce trends, as well as loyalty programs with an eye on local complexities. He or she should be excited about managing challenging initiatives across multiple teams, and will be comfortable marshaling large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases. We are looking for a leader who shares our passion for the customer- someone who understands the importance of compelling features and programs in driving customer loyalty.  The position is located in Bangalore, India, and reports into the India Consumer Business   Key Responsibilities:   - Defining a world-class engagement strategy in India   - Working with WW teams to drive customizations and roll out winning programs in India   - Identifying, prioritizing and implementing India specific initiatives   - Benchmarking competitive experiences/programs and ensuring program leadership in CX and benefits   - Creating buy-in for the engagement strategy both internally and with key external partners   - Overseeing the definition and management of high quality roadmaps based on team strategy and vision   - Working closely with cross functional teams in an agile environment to deliver initiatives to market. Manage delivery of current programs concurrently with future visioning and planning.   - Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals   - Hiring and managing a team of world-class professionals, providing guidance and direction to achieve the team vision and strategy.   Ideal candidate profile   The Engagement leader must be able to develop a clear strategy and business rationale for engagement initiatives.   He or she will work with many different parts of the organization, and as such, will need to be an effective influencer as well as a passionate leader.   An ideal candidate profile may include experiences of working on general management or loyalty programs in retail, finance or other industries.   This leader will be known for thinking very big and be simultaneously able to dive deep into details.   The candidate may have experience working in a multinational corporations and proven success at leveraging central resource groups on behalf of the business.   Basic Qualifications :   Must-have experience/criteria for role :   - Proven track record of customer obsession, and being right a lot.   - Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.   - Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.   - 12+ years of total experience. Preferably 8+ years of product management experience post MBA   - Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.   - Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.   - Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.   - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
